This is allod/memory#70 again, unchanged. The forge lists that pull request as merged, but master does not contain its commit, so none of its notes are in the memory agents read.

What changes: the same six files as allod/memory#70; the branch and the commit, 06b09c0, are the same.
What stays identical: everything else. master is still the commit the branch was cut from, d6460d8, so this applies cleanly.
What proves it: git ls-remote origin refs/heads/master prints d6460d8; git merge-base --is-ancestor 06b09c0 origin/master exits 1; grep -c "site serve" allod.md on master prints 0.
If it is wrong: close this without merging.

Why allod/memory#70 shows as merged without having landed is not known. It is worth a look before merging this, in case something else that was merged to this repository is missing in the same way.

allod.md lists the two commands and says which of record and submit
pushes. The gotchas go to the topic files that own them, the naming rule
to cli-design.md, and two sightings to the ledger.
