The preview serves the repository root, which has no index.html, so its front page was a listing of the repository. A front page that sends the browser to pitch-deck.html takes its place, and the listing option is dropped. The package takes the deck and img/ and nothing else, so what is published does not change. |

Momo Match pitch deck
The five-minute hackathon pitch for Momo Match, a mobile game with a quiz hidden inside its ad slot. A teenager playing a match-3 game gets an "ad" between levels that asks three questions about real Nepali policy fights and tells them which thinker they reason like. The game itself lives at https://play.computelocal.org. This deck is published at https://slides.computelocal.org.
Layout
pitch-deck.htmlis the whole deck: seven slides, styles and script in one file, no external dependencies.img/thinkers/holds the twelve thinker portraits the title slide shows.flake.nixpackages the deck as a static site, withpitch-deck.htmlrenamed toindex.html.site.tomlnames the domain it deploys to.index.htmlsends the preview's front page to the deck. It is not published; the package takes the deck andimg/and nothing else.
Presenting
Open pitch-deck.html in a browser and press F11 for full screen.
| Action | Keys |
|---|---|
| Next slide | Right arrow, Page Down, or Space |
| Previous slide | Left arrow, Page Up, or right click |
| First or last slide | Home or End |
A five-minute countdown in the corner starts on the first click anywhere and turns orange, then red, as time runs out. The URL under the QR code on the last slide is a link and does not advance the deck when clicked.
Editing
Edit pitch-deck.html directly. To preview while editing:
allod site serve
This serves the repository root at the registry's port for this site, with
reload on save, and opens on the deck. allod site serve --stop ends it.
Keep img/ next to the HTML file; the deck references the portraits by
relative path.
Deploying
The deck is deployed with the same tool as the other Compute Local sites:
git pull
allod site deploy
This builds the flake's default package and syncs it to the shared host.
Sharing
To send the deck as a file, zip the repository without the git history:
zip -r momo-match-pitch.zip momo-match-pitch -x 'momo-match-pitch/.git/*'
Recipients unzip it and open pitch-deck.html.
