Docs only. The README and the new-VM-type guide now name the nexus host commands as they exist after the rename: provision-vm, verify-vm, rebuild-vm, and bootstrap-vm. Nothing on a running machine changes. If it is wrong, revert the one commit.

Follow-up to the nexus rename, which has already landed and reached the host through the deploy pin. Refs allod/nexus#66

Use the renamed nexus host commands in the docs dd9be38aea

provision-vm-from-host, verify-vm-from-host, rebuild-vm-from-host, and
bootstrap-vm-from-host.sh lost their suffix in nexus and the old names are
gone, so the README and the new-VM-type guide name the commands that exist.
