Adds the allod change workflow harness with begin, record, submit, and cleanup subcommands. Includes temp-repo acceptance coverage for protected branches, additive commits, push retries, PR handoff, and worktree cleanup.

Validation

  • bash -n allod tests/allod-change.sh
  • bash tests/allod-change.sh
  • bash tests/work-diff.sh
  • awk trailing-whitespace check on allod and tests/allod-change.sh
