The deploy hint that allod secret rotate prints for a VM target now says rebuild-vm <vm> instead of rebuild-vm-from-host <vm>. On a running machine only that printed line changes; the rotation itself, the commit, the push, and the host hint are identical. The existing test that reads the printed steps asserts the new text and passes. If it is wrong, revert the one commit.

Follow-up to the nexus rename, which has already landed and reached the host through the deploy pin. Refs allod/nexus#66

nix develop -c go test ./cmd/allod/: ok.
grep -rn from-host over the repo: no matches.

Print rebuild-vm in the secret rotate deploy hint 1344799eda

The nexus host command rebuild-vm-from-host was renamed to rebuild-vm and the
old name is gone, so the deploy step that secret rotate prints for VM
targets names the command that now exists.
