Refs allod/strategy#11.
Rewrites the org profile draft as a concise landing page centered on Allod's key architectural choice: project-scoped VM isolation for coding agents. The copy now covers the declarative NixOS architecture, VM-vs-container security boundary, KVM/QEMU performance, interchangeable forge/agent/model-router integrations, agent harness context, git-tracked memory and planning repos, root-of-trust design, repo map, and current project status.
The Forgejo language is intentionally scoped: self-hosted Forgejo is recommended for sovereignty, but Allod can be used with GitHub or another forge today, and bootstrapable Forgejo service VMs are planned rather than currently shipped by this repo set.
Risk
Docs-only change. The main residual risk is positioning: the copy is intentionally sharper and names planned service VM work explicitly.
Validation
Ran
git diff --check, reviewed the rendered Markdown source, and checked the copy against the TABConf issue plus publicprofiles,vm,nexus, andtoolsREADME descriptions.User requested a full rewrite of the org profile draft: make it attention grabbing, concise, accurate, and grounded in project landing page best practices.
User requested a positioning correction: lead with VM isolation, clarify self-hosted Forgejo is optional/recommended and not bootstrapable here yet, acknowledge GitHub support and interchangeable forge hosts, add VM-vs-container/hardware-acceleration language, and include the agent harness plus git-tracked memory and planning docs repos.
