Two gotchas from landing allod/nexus#95: allod patch fetch --base master fails once the source master has moved past the branch point, and the inbound relay into a dev VM is fetch on nexus, scp, apply onto a worktree at current master (which is the rebase). allod change submit does not push; a commit made outside record needs git push -u first or submit 404s.
