Summary

One sentence in nix.md changes: the standing example of a derivation that reads a file through a whole-tree flake input now names allod/tools' credential-store-url-parity flake check, reading ${allod-secrets}/credential-store-url.json, because that check is moving out of allod/archetypes (allod/tools#224, allod/archetypes#110). Nothing else in memory changes. If wrong, revert.
