Risk

R0 Docs/metadata: durable memory guidance only; no runtime behavior changes.

Validation

  • First commit adds the full issue-writing draft.
  • Second commit applies the subagent-trimmed version, reducing issue-writing.md from 219 to 116 words.
  • Confirmed memory.md indexes the new topic file.
