Follow-up to merged PR #31.

  • moves ✅ / ❌ to the first output column
  • removes redundant ok / not ok text
  • replaces the ambiguous TAP plan with Tests run: 11

The branch is one commit ahead of current master and changes only tests/pull-all.sh.
