Adds tests/flake-status.sh with deterministic lock files and Git mocks. The suite now reports every check individually in the shared human-readable style:

  • ✅ N - description for each passing assertion
  • ❌ N - description with captured context on failure
  • Tests run: 16 and a final all-passed summary

Coverage includes inconsistent pins, stale markers, health warnings, follows exclusion, all-input mode, upstream checks, help, and argument validation.
