all the scripts are jumbled together at allod/tools. add some directories to logically group these scripts. which scripts does the lib directory apply to? can we extract any other common functions that are reimplemented in multiple scripts into lib or should lib be specific to a particular tool or suite of tools? should we break up the readme into different docs and keep the lowest README.md as a link tree to the appropriate readme files.
