Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
pull-allreports a checkout whose default branch carries unpushed commits as up to date, so a stale local master goes unnoticed until the next patch relay conflicts with it.Primary goals:
unpushedwith the count, the way one on a side branch already does, instead ofup to date.Current state
Today a repository on
masterwith local commits not onorigin/masterprintsup to dateafterpull-all, while the same condition on an agent branch printsskipped [on <branch> — N unpushed commits]. Five public checkouts on the hypervisor sat in that state after an earlier relay and were reported healthy; the nextallod patch receiveinto them hit conflicts on two and no-ops on three.Scope
