User story: So that I can be accountable for agent-produced changes in the public history, I need commit attribution to be intentional, explainable, and stable before release.

Part of the "Public release & private-first migration" arc.


commits used to land with vnprc attribution. but something changed and now they land with allod attribution. why? i like to be responsible for my agent's work. for better or worse...¯\_(ツ)_/¯
