Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
The shared memory currently says not to launch subagents while doing the same work directly, but the wording can be misread as a blanket prohibition on subagents.
Clarify that the rule is about ownership and duplicate work, and that user-authorized delegation or parallel agent work is allowed within the requested scope.
