Owner summary

What changes: entries in scripts/repositories.json may carry an optional "memory": true flag; allod/memory carries it, and the registry check rejects a non-boolean flag.
What stays identical: cloning, the patch relay, site serving, vm-specs, and every existing consumer — nothing reads the flag outside the registry check today.
What proves it: the repository-registry check passes, including a new sabotage witness proving a non-boolean flag fails with its pinned diagnostic.
If it is wrong: revert this PR; the flag is inert data and nothing else consumes it.

Risk

R1 — additive optional field; the only consumer (the archetypes memory-bootstrap generator, allod/archetypes#123) lands after this and fails the build loudly if the flag is absent. Rollback is a straight revert.

Validation

nix build .#checks.x86_64-linux.repository-registry --no-link -L — exit 0, ending with OK: a non-boolean memory flag fails with its pinned diagnostic (all pre-existing sabotage witnesses still pass).
